Availability
Our RV sites are open April 15th—October 31st (Weather Permitting). Our docks are open May 15th-October 31st (weather permitting). All of our RV sites and docks are seasonal, we do not offer transient accommodations. Launch, fuel and pump-out services are available at the Caseville Municipal Harbor.
Our RV sites are full for the 2025 season, if you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please put in a reservation request using the Reservations Tab above.
We have seasonal docks available for 25' and smaller boats. Use the Reservations Tab above to put in a request.

Approximate wait time on the waiting list is hard to estimate. When we have availability and contact people on the list, they may have found other options, so it is hard to predict when a RV site or Dock may be available. As soon as we have a site or dock available we let you know.

City Water, Sewer and Electric Hook-ups are available at each RV site. RV site power available; 30 AMP 240V, 30 AMP 120V and 50 AMP Connection Available.
