Boats must be in good operating condition and well maintained. No transient docks available.

Rules and Regulations 
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS/ADVERTISING/SOLICITING/BOAT, RV, VEHICLE SALES, ETC.: No commercial business shall be conducted at the Marina. Management must first approve of any advertising using the name of the Marina or it’s address, website and Face Book information. Soliciting within the Marina is prohibited. Relators are not permitted on the property to list or sell any items (Relators are licensed to sell real estate, not boats, RV’s, vehicles, etc.).All political signs, banners and advertising are prohibited. Use of boat slips, Marina facilities, or Marina property to negotiate or sell boats, RV’s, vehicles, etc. must be approved by the management. RV’s and Boats for sale must be handled through the marina web site using marina signage, FOR SALE signs posted on your Boat, RV, vehicles, golf cart etc. are prohibited, ask for details. All negations and sales will be handled by the seller and the Marina does not represent the seller or item being sold, does not take any responsibility for sale and does not expect anything in return for our part of helping promote the boat’s, RV, vehicles, golf carts, etc..
 
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM through 7:30 AM as required by City ordinance. Radios, stereos, and televisions must be turned down so as not to disturb your neighbors. Sound travels further on the water, loud talking or parties, disturbing noises of any nature, drunkenness, and immoral or unseemly conduct, interference with other residents or their guests, and disturbing of the peace is prohibited. 
  
COMPLAINTS: Any complaint against any person(s) must be made to the management, in writing and signed by the complainant. 
  
PETS: Permission to keep pets must be obtained in advance and in writing from the management. Visiting pets are not allowed at any time. 
Accepted pets must have current license meeting the City, County of Huron and State of Michigan regulations. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your boat or RV, and never allowed to run at large within the Marina area. Pets cannot be left alone in a boat, RV or yard area when not occupied by owner. Appropriate disposal of pet waste is be strictly followed. 
  
VEHICLES: No stopping or parking in main driveway. The maximum speed limit within the Marina is 5 MPH. The campground driveway, which is a one-way road, is for the exclusive use of the campers. No joy riding. Park home parking spaces are provided for park home owners to park their personal vehicle, those vehicles that cannot be parked in park home spaces must be parked in the main parking lot. RV sites are provided with one parking spot, for sites on River Street back in and stay off the street by at least 2’ to maintain unobstructed travel. All dock customers, additional vehicles and guest vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot or the overflow parking that is designated by marina signage. Parking of motor homes, pick-up campers, boat trailers, and boats on trailers will not be permitted on the property. Arrangements for storage, off-site, can be handled for you by the office. No overnight parking of boat trailers. All vehicles including motorcycles, golf carts, trail bikes, and scooters must be muffled and free of loud noises.

CURRENT GOLF CART RULES: Rules are enforced by the City of Caseville. Golf carts can be driven on side streets, not on sidewalks, can cross over M25 (Main Street), must be operated by someone 16 years old or older with a valid drivers license, hours of operation are anytime between ½ hour after sunrise and ½ hour before sunset. Can be operated on M25 (Only between Michigan Avenue & County Road).

BOAT/RV REJECTION: Management reserves the right to reject the type, size, appearance, and/or condition of any boat or RV. 
  
SPACE CARE AND MAINTENANCE: No additions, extensions, or furnishings may be affixed to the docks or RV sites. No refuse or excrement shall be thrown, pumped, or discharged overboard. Garbage should be deposited in the dumpster provided. Check dumpster for space in back if front of container is full, close lid, and keep gates closed. Placing fish or fish entrails into the Marina dumpster is strictly prohibited; place in a double plastic bag and put in fish entrails freezer. The dumpster is for the exclusive use of our members and their guests. Report any misuse to management.

Under State of Michigan Campground regulations you must maintain a 4’ unobstructed path around your RV, ask if you have questions.
    
PERSONAL ITEMS: Do not hang towels, clothing, RV or boat covers, etc. from the Park Home deck rails, fencing, etc. at the marina.
All dock boxes, picnic tables, grills, etc., must be placed on the sidewalk in front of your boat or RV when not in use. Wooden storage boxes are prohibited. Do not leave items on the grass or in the way of other boaters or their guests. Gas cans, flammable or hazardous material may not be stored on property. There is no storage for dock boxes, personal picnic tables, etc. when the Marina is closed for the winter. 
  
CAMPING: Sleeping outside of your boat or RV constitutes overnight camping, which is not permitted. 
  
RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Residents state that they have checked the premises and accept it in its present condition and as being safe, and release management and owners of any responsibility from injuries or damages occurring upon or in any way connected with the premises or nearby streets. 
  
RESIDENT/PARENT RESPONSIBILITY: Residents (clients) and parents are at all times responsible for acts and conduct of their children, relatives and/or guests/visitors. Residents are responsible for making their guests aware of these rules and regulations. Residents and guests/visitors are prohibited from throwing rocks/stones and are to keep off all other docks and any equipment or machinery. Residents must provide guests and contractors with their dock number; marina staff will not provide such information. All contractor’s/repair persons must check in with marina office prior to going to boat or RV. 
  
RIGHT TO EVICT: Management reserves the right to immediately evict, without notice and at its sole discretion any person(s) who violates any of these rules and regulations. 
  
WIFI, RESTROOM and BICYCLE CODES: Codes are available from the Marina office. Do not give the code out to anyone. WIFI, RESTROOM and BICYCLE codes are for Marina members and guests only.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: For information not covered herein, inquire at the Marina office. Any infractions of these rules and regulations will be brought to your attention as part of our duty and obligation to our customers.
